Terms of Use

Using the NeedPS app and the needps.app website constitutes agreement to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service. These terms are a binding legal agreement between you and Interest (Interest Advertising), licensed business no. 315506311, Tzin 1, Eilat ("we"), the operator of the NeedPS service.

The service is intended for people aged 18 and over. Minors under 18 may use it only with the approval of a parent or guardian.

• You can sign in with a Google account, an Apple account or a phone number (SMS verification). On iOS devices you can also use the service as a guest without an account: a guest's edits and credits are kept on the device, and signing in to an account keeps them on all your devices.
• You are responsible for keeping access to your sign-in method and to your account.
• You may not transfer the account to another person, or let someone else use it on your behalf.
• If you notice unauthorized use of your account, contact us immediately.

The service is intended for lawful personal or business photo editing. By uploading a photo you declare and undertake that:

• You hold the rights to the photo (you are the photographer, you appear in it, or you received a license to use it).
• You have obtained the consent of every person who appears in the photo to its editing, to the extent such consent is required by law.
• Your use of the result will be lawful and will not infringe the rights of any person or entity.

Permitted use includes: improving, restoring and changing photos with our tools; sharing the results you created, subject to the law; and commercial use of the results, as long as you had a license to the original photo.

It is strictly forbidden to use the service for:

• Editing photos of other people without their consent, especially in a way that could harm them.
• Creating content intended to deceive, mislead or defame (including malicious deepfakes).
• Creating sexual or pornographic content, or any content involving minors in a sexual context.
• Creating content that incites violence, racism or hatred.
• Forging or altering official documents, identity documents or means of payment.
• Infringing copyrights, trademarks or other intellectual property rights.
• Attempting to bypass the service's restrictions, filters or security mechanisms.
• Using the service for any illegal or harmful activity.

A breach of this section may lead to immediate blocking of the account, without warning, and to reporting to law enforcement authorities where necessary.

Photos you upload to the service remain fully yours. We do not claim ownership of them, we do not sell them, and we do not use them to train AI models.

By uploading a photo, you give us a limited license to pass the photo to external artificial intelligence processing providers only in order to carry out the action you asked for.

Results saved to your personal gallery are kept for you, together with the original version for the "before / after" comparison, until you delete them or your account. In addition, the server keeps a service copy of the photo, the description and the result for 30 days for quality control and troubleshooting, and it is then deleted automatically. Deleting the account deletes it too, immediately. The full details are in section 5 of the privacy policy.

The results created for you belong to you, subject to third-party rights in the original photo. We do not claim ownership of the results.

• Every result is unique and is created by non-deterministic artificial intelligence processing: the same photo and the same description may produce different results on each run, and a previous result cannot be reproduced exactly.
• The results are created by artificial intelligence. They may contain inaccuracies, visual defects or unexpected content.
• We do not promise that every result will be perfect or will meet your expectations.
• You are responsible for checking the result before use, especially before commercial or advertising use.
• You are responsible for ensuring that your use of the result does not violate the law or the rights of a third party.
• The result you receive is at your sole responsibility. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we bear no liability for the result of the AI processing, its nature, its quality, or any reliance on it.

The app, the website, the logo, the tools and all content of NeedPS (other than your photos) belong to Interest (Interest Advertising), licensed business no. 315506311, Tzin 1, Eilat. You may not copy, duplicate, reverse engineer or distribute the service or any part of it.

The service includes free edits for new users, recurring monthly subscriptions (Standard and VIP) and one-time edit packs. The full price, including VAT, is always shown before payment.

• In-app purchases (iOS/Android) are made and charged through the Apple App Store or Google Play, and are also subject to the store's terms.
• Purchases on the website are made through Invoice4U (a secure payment processing and invoicing system on behalf of "Grow").
• A subscription bought through the stores (App Store / Google Play) renews automatically every month until it is cancelled. A subscription bought on the website does not renew automatically.
• The subscription renews automatically every month and you will be charged the price shown on the purchase screen, unless you cancelled beforehand. You can cancel at any time.

• You can cancel a subscription at any time: for purchases through the stores, in the Apple/Google subscription management screen; for purchases on the website, by contacting us on WhatsApp or by email. The cancellation takes effect within 3 business days of receiving the notice (or at a later date you ask for), and you will not be charged from that date on.
• Cancellation of a transaction within 14 days of the first purchase, in accordance with the Consumer Protection Law: you will receive a refund minus the proportional part of the service used, and for purchases through the stores, in accordance with Apple's/Google's refund mechanism.
• One-time edit packs can be cancelled within 14 days as long as the credits have not been used; credits that were used are a completed service.

You may stop using the service at any time and delete the account from within the app or on the account deletion page on the website.

We may suspend or block your account if:

• You breached these terms.
• You carried out activity that could harm the service, other users, or us.
• The service is discontinued permanently (in that case you will receive notice in advance as far as possible).

The service is provided "AS IS". We do our best for the service to work well, but we do not promise:

• That the service will be available without interruptions or errors.
• That the results will be completely accurate or suited to specific needs.
• That every tool will work on every photo.
• That every tool or external service will always be available.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, and except for damage caused maliciously or by our gross negligence, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damage caused by use of the service. Our maximum liability, in any case, is limited to the amount you paid us in the last 12 months (or 100 ILS, if you paid nothing). Nothing in this section derogates from rights that cannot be waived under law.

You agree to indemnify us for any damage, expense or claim arising from your breach of these terms, including a breach of the declarations in section 4, or from your use of the results in a way that violates the law or the rights of a third party.

These terms are governed by Israeli law. Any dispute will be heard in the competent courts in Israel.

We may update the terms from time to time. Material changes will be sent to you by a notice in the app or by email at least 14 days in advance. Continued use of the service after a change constitutes agreement to the new terms.

• If any section of the terms is cancelled or becomes unenforceable, the remaining sections will stay in force.
• Not enforcing a right is not a waiver of it.
• These terms are the entire agreement between you and us regarding the service.
